  • adsclub.whitelabelcomedy.com ("Comedy Ads Club"), our membership platform for creating, scheduling and measuring social media content and ads.

Who We Are

Comedy Ads Club is operated by White Label Comedy Ltd, which is also the data controller responsible for personal data collected across our websites. You can contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section at the end of this policy.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on which of our services you use and how you interact with us.

Across our websites

  • Cookie and usage data: When you browse our sites we collect information through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, the source of your visit, and how you interact with the site. See the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section below.

Comedy Ads Club (membership platform)

When you register for or use Comedy Ads Club, we also collect:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Payment information: Processed securely via ThriveCart and/or Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Platform connections: When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts, we store encrypted access tokens so we can carry out the actions you authorise, such as publishing posts or reading ad performance data.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use the platform, including AI-generated content, saved creatives, and scheduled posts.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Publish scheduled content to your connected social media accounts at your requested times (Comedy Ads Club).
  • Sync and display advertising performance data from your connected ad accounts (Comedy Ads Club).
  • Generate AI-powered content based on your inputs and preferences (Comedy Ads Club).
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services.
  • Understand and analyse how our websites perform so we can improve them.
  • Show and measure advertising that is relevant to you, where you have consented to marketing cookies.

Facebook and Instagram Data

This section applies to Comedy Ads Club. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Facebook Pages: We read your Page list and use Page Access Tokens to publish posts you schedule.
  • Instagram Business Accounts: We identify your linked Instagram account and publish scheduled image posts on your behalf.
  • Ad Account Data: If you connect your ad account, we read campaign performance metrics for display in your dashboard.

We do not sell, share, or use your Facebook or Instagram data for any purpose other than providing you with the features described above. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Data Storage and Security

This section applies primarily to Comedy Ads Club. Your data is stored securely on Convex (our database provider) and Vercel (our hosting provider). All access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at office@whitelabelcomedy.com.

When you disconnect a social media account from Comedy Ads Club, we immediately delete the stored access tokens for that account.

Third-Party Services

This section applies primarily to Comedy Ads Club. We use the following third-party services:

  • Convex: Database and backend infrastructure.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Social media publishing and ad data access via their Graph API.
  • OpenAI, Anthropic and Google: AI content generation. The text and prompts you provide are sent to these providers to generate content. Under their commercial/API terms, your inputs and the resulting outputs are not used to train their AI models. They may retain this data for a short period (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and security, after which it is deleted.
  • ThriveCart / Stripe: Payment processing.

Third-party cookie providers used on our main website are described in the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section below.

International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (including our AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) are based in the United States. This means your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework, to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with UK and EU data protection law.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Disconnect any connected social media accounts at any time via your Account settings (Comedy Ads Club).
  • Withdraw consent for data processing, which may limit your ability to use certain features.

You can also change or withdraw your consent to cookies at any time, as described below. If you have any concerns about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
